Pain is an indicator that something needs to change – either you or how you are viewing a situation. Take action if something has bothered you. Be part of the solution. Don’t just complain. Come up with ideas on how to make something work better, especially if it’s a repeatedly painful situation. Taking positive action will make you feel much better than just wallowing in the miserable feelings. In this case, you will be able to say – I tried to improve the process, I did my best to be part of the solution. Let your pain drive you to change – not complain.
